We are Josh and Kristina Kreifels
I have a background in sports which lead me towards a career in health and wellness. My life changed when I began to see the impact nutrition had on my physical and mental health. I suffered from acne as a young adult and with a few dietary and lifestyle modifications, my skin completely cleared up. Fast forward to my mid 20s where I was bit by a tick, which is a host of not only Lyme Disease, but a variety of co-infections. As a result of the antibiotic use to protect against Lyme, I exploded my gut and create years of gut challenges as well as heightened stress and anxiety.
Natural remedies have been a game changer for my healing journey. I started with small adjustments in my health habits which have since paved my way into a life of health. I believe the same can be achieved for you! Small tangible action items given to you in this course can be a great catalyst to helping you pivot your health and start to feel well again.
Kristina has also had an extensive health journey including PCOS, eating disorders, hypothyroidism, mold toxicity, babesia, digestive challenges and more. Natural therapies have been really helpful for her to regain her health.
Both of us have experience in western approaches, but aim to use food as our first line of medicine. We believe the strategies discussed in this course will help you learn how to improve your health and function to support a full life of fun and memories.
