MEET The Founders
Josh Kreifels is a masters-trained registered dietitian, who has helped over 1,000 clients. His wife, Kristina Kreifels, is a board certified nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience. They know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck in your health. Both Josh and Kristina have been through challenging health histories where their health providers were not truly advocating for them. Although they have medical degrees to understand how the body works, it was only until they were introduced to alternative providers that educated them on what it means to get to the root cause of health that Josh and Kristina started to heal and truly feel well. Now, they've made it their mission to impact the health of others and understand healthy habits that move health for generations to come.
The Kreifels both have experience in Western approaches, though natural remedies have been a huge game changer for both of their healing journeys. They started with small adjustments in health habits which have since paved the way for a life of health. The Kreifels truly believe the same can be achieved for you!
Small tangible action items can be a great catalyst to helping you pivot your health and start to feel well again.
